Village Welfare Society (VWS) has been working with the underprivileged and the marginalised in West Bengal since its inception in 1982. Our aim has always been to identify those in need and provide them with the wherewithal to break free from the vicious cycles of depravity that they were condemned to so that they can graduate into the virtuous cycle of sustainable prosperity. We do so by mobilizing and aggregating the institutional resources in the economy: be that Governmental, Corporate, or individual, in an easily leverageable format as part of our sustainable development intervention.
